Shipping & Delivery
After your order is placed, it will usually ship within 3 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped. If you choose UPS Ground shipping, you should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after shipping notification, depending on where you are located within the continental United States.  To ensure the quickest and best possible delivery, The Fine Arts Company reserves the right to change shipping carriers without notice.
If you need your order faster, UPS 2nd Day Air will deliver within 2 business days, after shipping notification.
Our fastest delivery is UPS Next Day Air, which will deliver within 1 business day, after shipping notification.
Log into your account on our site to track your order using the order number contained in your shipping notification email. Please note that it usually takes UPS about 24 hours to post the tracking number on their system.
Shipping and handling charges will appear in the box marked “shipping charges” at checkout. Shipping charges for shipments within the continental United States are based on the total value of your order.

Please note that some of our larger pieces will be shipped freight due to their size and weight. Those unique pieces are identified in the item’s description section in bold letters. The shipping estimated price calculated in your shopping cart is incorrect. We will contact you with a shipping price or you may contact us.

Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses
We gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please select web ground as your shipping method. All jewelry is shipped free to APO and FPO addresses.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make at The Fine Arts Company. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your needs, return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date with your original receipt and we will either refund your purchase price, exchange it for other merchandise or issue you a The Fine Arts Company gift card for the value of the return, as you prefer.
If you have received an item from The Fine Arts Company as a gift, you may return it with the original receipt within 30 days of the original shipping date, and we will either exchange it for other merchandise or issue you an The Fine Arts Company gift card for the value of the return, as you prefer.

Please note:
The value of the merchandise only will be exchanged or refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Any item that is received with free shipping and then returned for refund will be refunded at the purchase price of the item less our normal shipping charges.
All returns must be in original unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping and handling charges are at customer’s expense.
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift returns, will be either exchanged or refunded in the form of
a gift card at the current selling price.
If you are exchanging an item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the return item, please include payment for the additional amount. Please note: we do not charge you shipping when we send you an exchange item, but the shipping charges on your original purchase are not refundable.
If you return your web purchase to The Fine Arts Company store, please provide the original invoice for merchandise credit or refund.

Items sold by The Fine Arts Company and shipped to destinations in the state of Maryland are subject to tax.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The Fine Arts Company currently accepts all payments via PayPal or Google. You can use debit and check cards as well any standard credit cards they accept.
Unfortunately we do not currently accept international wire transfers, money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks or any other payment method not listed above.
We do not ship COD.

If you are a school, business or government agency requesting open terms, please see contact us to establish an account for Purchase Order acceptance.
Promotions will be typcally announced in our newsletters, If you would like to get our promotions and coupons via email, you may subscribe to the newsletter.
You may choose among the various coupon codes we offer, but make sure to choose wisely as you can only use one coupon per order.

Coupons and Promotions Policies:

All coupons are limited to one coupon per order.
Coupons are not valid after your order has been shipped. We charge orders at the time of shipment, so if your order has been dispatched, we can no longer apply a coupon code.
Coupons and promotions are issued with expiration dates and are valid while supplies last.
Each coupon has different requirements and discounts. Dollar-off coupons may have minimum purchase amounts. Percentage-off and shipping coupons may have maximum dollar values.
All requirements must be met to receive your discount.
Some coupons are valid only on certain products.
Coupons cannot be replaced if the code is lost or stolen.
Dollar-off or percentage-off coupons are applied to the merchandise subtotal before any shipping charges or taxes have been applied.
If you cancel or return item(s), this may change or void coupon discounts applied to your order. This happens when the cancellation or return causes the merchandise subtotal (before any shipping charges or taxes have been applied) to fall below the minimum requirement.
If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only the amount you paid (that is, the price of the item, less the coupon value).

Viewing Orders
At any time you wish to view the status of your order you can login to your account and your orders wil appear on your "My Account" Dashboard.  If for any reason you are not directed to your dashboard you can select the "My Orders" link on the left side navigation bar.  If you stil do not see your order please contact us as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
