We are so excited that you are considering a fundraising party at The Fine Arts Company. These parties offer a unique experience that is social, creative, and great for all ages. We will try our best to customize your party experience in our store to suit your specific needs. Below are some of the important details regarding our painting parties. Please ask if there is anything you need or do not see below. We are here to make your party a great experience for you and your guests!
- The rate is $46/per person with a minimum of 12 people for the painting party.
- If there are 12-15 people in the painting party, you will receive $15/per person.
- If there are 16-32 or more people, the fundraiser will get $20/per person.
- Sorry, no coupons can be accepted
- Parties can be scheduled for:
- 11am to 6pm Monday-Friday
- 10am to 6pm Saturday
- 12pm to 2pm Sunday
- You are welcome to choose any painting we have.
- Don’t see what you want? Ask and we may have it ready to go!
Other important information:
- All painting parties will be held at our store location, 18031 Garland Groh Blvd. in Hagerstown.
- The number of people and total cost of the party is finalized one week before the painting party’s date.
- Final payments are due the day of the painting party.
- Feel free to have the painting party catered or bring your own food! The catering plans will be left up to you.
- We will accommodate your catering plans in our store. Just let us know what you want to do.
- Our parties are BYOB so feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of your choice!
